At Mafeta, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different color or style (subject to availability). Exchanges are processed faster than refunds to ensure you receive your replacement as soon as possible.

Store Credit (Recommended Option)

Customers may choose store credit, which is processed immediately once the return is approved, allowing you to place a new order right away.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are available once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
